A Personalized Memory Quilt Graduation Gift
Eighteen Years
This quilt is just packed with memories of activities, trips and
accomplishments! It was a gift for a daughter's high school
graduation and incorporates parts of 37 different T-shirts that the
graduate and her mother had saved over the course of her 18
years.
To bring in various photos that the grad wanted included and to add
a secondary design element, HTH Celebration Quilts worked in the
Dove at the Window block shown in three shades of blue and pink.
Each T-shirt block is cornered in green at the grad's request. This
added design element helps the eye catch the diagonal movement
from block to block.
The back (not shown) is a denim duvet cover that the graduate had
used in her room through the years. This young lady was very
involved in the design process for this quilt and we agree with her
that it turned out beautifully.
Machine pieced, embroidered and quilted. Measures 80 X 88
inches.

block made from a cute kitty cat skirt that the grad's mother made
for her when she was in grammar school.
