Made as a gift for a newborn baby girl in colors to match her
nursery. This star pattern utilizes an animal novelty print in the
open spaces. Measuring 37 inches square, this baby quilt was
machine pieced and machine quilted. An appliquéed square
was added at the top center of the outside border, where the
baby's name and birth date were machine embroidered. This is
a custom adaptation of a traditional pattern.
