Paix en la Vallee' - Table Runner
This table runner is done in the European Whole Cloth style which
was popular in the 17th century in France and Italy. Completely
machine quilted and edged in fine Italian lace, it employs trapunto
(raised images) and very close stitching to enhance the design and
the monograms at each end. It was a Christmas gift and is
beautiful with a vivid red, green and silver centerpiece. Measures 15
X 47 inches.
