This quilt throw was made to celebrate the birthday of a man who has
an extensive lighthouse collection. The center block is a hand
embroidered scene featuring a lighthouse that overlooks sailboats
and sea gulls in the distance. Underneath this scene is the
recipient's monogram, embroidered by machine.
In addition to the hand embroidery, this quilt is machine pieced,
embroidered and quilted on high-loft polyester batting. See a close
